The SpitFire X7 propeller was specially designed to improve the performance of outboard motors with 75 to 115 horsepower to their name. It features four stainless steel blades and makes use of exclusive X7 alloy. In fact, it’s the first propeller on the market with this material, which is 30% stronger and four times more durable than regular stainless steel. Some even go so far as to call it “very innovative.” Compared to other propellers in its category, the SpitFire X7 offers superior top speed, acceleration and holding ability. According to brand manager Jared Reichenberger, this high-performance prop delivers gains of up to 1.5 miles per hour and sets a new standard for midrange outboard engine performance.

The SpitFire X7 is crafted by some 40 people working at Mercury Marine’s plant in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Leading-edge engineering and know-how defines the process, from design through to completion. And, of course, Mercury already enjoys an outstanding reputation in this field.

The new propeller is compatible with the following outboard engines:40CV – 60 CV (Command Thrust gearbox) and 75 CV – 115 CV (standard gearbox). It’s perfectly suited to aluminum boats, work boats, rigid inflatable boats, deep V hull boats, multi-species fishing boats, center-console, dual-console boats, Fish-n-ski, aluminum Mod-V boats, inflatable boats, pontoon boats, cast-fishing boats, inshore fishing boats, offshore fishing boats, and skiff/walleye/multi-fishing boats.
